Phil Harrington (PhD) is an associate instructor for Master Jesse Tsao of Tai Chi Health Ways and a Senior Instructor member of the Tai Chi Union of Great Britain and has been teaching martial arts for over 30 years.
Phil lived in China for 11 years where he studied Tai Chi & Chinese martial arts. He is a Xin Yi Kung Fu instructor and has been studying Chen style Tai Chi since 1993. Today Phil leads classes in Tai Chi & Kung Fu drawing upon a great depth of understanding from years of dedicated practice.
Phil is also a sports massage therapist.
